Levvel is pleased to announce today the addition of Farhan Hussain to its executive leadership team. Hussain joins as the General Manager of Reselling and Training. In this position, he will have a dual responsibility for the company’s enterprise partnerships and training offerings and for the expansion of the company’s footprint in the central United States.
Hussain brings two decades of experience helping corporations deploy and effectively utilize disruptive technology for their mission-critical information systems. He specializes in open source software, devops, and microservices and has a successful history of building both Agile software delivery teams and sales teams. As the CEO of Open Source Architect, he drove substantial growth through technical and sales teams focused on consulting, training, and software offerings that helped clients transform their businesses.
Prior to founding Open Source Architect, he held several technical leadership roles at Xerox, Red Hat, Amentra, JBoss and Ericsson. During his time at Amentra and later at Red Hat, which acquired Amentra in 2008, he established relationships with several members of Levvel’s leadership team, including CEO John Espey.

Hussain lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife and two children. He graduated from from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He enjoys volunteering at The Bridge in Dallas, an organization that strives to end adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region. He also loves traveling (to the island of Kauai, in particular), classic cars, and participating in various car shows with his family.
