How we determine product rating
Determining a Score
We score products across seven user experience segments based on Peter Morville’s user experience honeycomb. We ask a specific set of questions that determine how well the product performs in each segment and then aggregate the individual scores to create an overall product score. The segments are as follows:
* Paid audit only
Segment performance is rated on a 0-10 scale with 0 being very poor and 10 being excellent. Segments are then averaged for an overall product score and relevant letter grade.
